Lara is the founder of Odelia Advisory and an experienced Chief of Staff and Executive Operations professional with over 8 years of experience supporting founders, executives, and growing organizations.
Her background includes executive support, operations management, project coordination, process improvement, team support, systems implementation, hiring coordination, launch planning, documentation, and cross-functional execution.
What started as executive assistance evolved into a deeper operational role focused on helping leaders create clarity, structure, and accountability across their businesses.
Today, Lara supports leaders who need a trusted strategic partner to help organize priorities, improve execution, build scalable systems, and reduce operational overwhelm.
Her work combines executive-level support with hands-on operational leadership, helping businesses move from scattered execution to stronger systems and sustainable growth.
