Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel ongoing services according to the cancellation terms agreed in their service agreement or written engagement terms.

For scheduled calls, meetings, or strategy sessions, at least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel.

Missed meetings or late cancellations may be counted as billable time depending on the engagement terms.

For ongoing retainers, cancellation does not automatically apply retroactively to work already completed, time reserved, or services already delivered.

Odelia Advisory reserves the right to end an engagement if there is non-payment, repeated delays, lack of communication, scope misalignment, or conduct that prevents effective service delivery.
