Due to the nature of professional services, payments for completed work, used retainer hours, consulting time, strategy sessions, and delivered services are non-refundable.

For prepaid services, any refund eligibility will depend on the agreed terms, work completed, time reserved, and expenses already incurred.

If a client wishes to cancel before work begins, Odelia Advisory will review the request and determine whether a partial refund may be applicable.

No refunds are provided for delays caused by lack of client response, missing information, delayed approvals, or changes in client priorities.
